By creating a GraidLens account, you agree to these terms of service. If you use GraidLens on behalf of a school or institution, you confirm you're authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Description of the service
GraidLens is an AI-assisted grading tool for secondary-school teachers. The service includes uploading photos, automated scoring, review tools, and class analytics.
3. Acceptable use
Legitimate grading work
Use GraidLens only for educational purposes.
No unrelated content
Don't upload content unrelated to the grading process.
No reverse-engineering
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
Your own account
Don't share your account credentials with other users.
4. Data and privacy
Your use of student data through GraidLens is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement. You remain the data controller for any student data you upload.
5. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial months.
6. Liability
GraidLens provides AI-generated scores as a tool for teachers, not as a replacement for professional judgement. The final grading decision remains the teacher's responsibility. GraidLens is not liable for grading outcomes.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.
